Booking for Pick up time : Please book us with your enough spare time. Specially, remind traffic jam time and date / each Rush Hour in Bangkok, Sunday or last date evening of long holidays when you come back to Bangkok area. We cannot be held responsible for any customer's boarding time to transit​ 


Sorry, we closed a baby-seat service following to request of Driver's Organization because of Covid-19, sanitation matter and User's safety. They recommend to use User's own seat.


When you need your receipt, it should be received from only your driver when you pay for your real course. As each Receipt Bill Form is not same up to the agents. Please leave your message at your booking, our booking team will info them to prepare your receipt. 

Lost & Found

All agents believe all of their driver's honest.​

When you recognize you forgot something in the vehicle, you should contact your driver promptly via App or phone call, as he has to pick up another client continuously, call & let him talk with any Thai person near you for easy understanding. All drivers will try to find out your belongings in the vehicle.

Our booking Service team & your driver cannot be held responsible for any customer's belongings & valuables lost in the vehicle. 

* If he found yours & is at near your area, will go back to you at that time :

   charge 100 B, if his location is more than 10 min distance or 10~20 km : 200 B


* If he found it, but already he met the other customer, he can return it to you at BKK airport only : charge 200 B to driver

   Sorry, you should come to BKK airport, please contact & discuss with him about meeting time.


* If you want to let him bring it to your place at your time, charge : Sedan price from BKK airport to your place. 

* Each agent will keep anything found in the car for 6 Month, if there is no one to contact us to find it in 6 month, they will donate it to the charity or poor neighborhood.

Fake driver

Usually, like at any airport, there are some bad guys (deceivers, tricksters) at the around Airport meeting area. Just ask your booking code to verify your real driver. Only You & Your driver know your Booking Code, it will protect you from any fake driver.  When your plan is changed, let us know it asap. If you don't come to see your driver without any notice in advance, he loses too much, also loses another connected job, so, no job on that day. It means you hurt someone who is willing to accomplish his duty as a father. If you say, without any contact or message "I couldn't see my driver at the meeting Gate, so I took another taxi", it's not enough for your driver to understand, as there are a few drivers at least who are waiting for the customer from the same flight No.  If someone books us just for fun by reason of nothing to pay in advance, whoever he is, it's not right. We keep his network contact info & history.

It's not on our rate & not included. No tipping, no problem. But if you & your family are safe & happy from your driver's good services, your small tipping will make him feel some fruitful life


Driver & Customer's Duty

After Riding, getting in the car

Your driver will confirm your name & destination to you. If your driver doesn't ask you, you must remind your destination to him.

​After arriving at your destination (Before Payment)

1, Please confirm whether it's your correct destination (Hotel) or not.

2, Please confirm whether you brought all loaded from the vehicle or not.

3, When all is o.k for you, please pay for your course fee.

4, Please don't book your next course to your driver, he may forget it. (All booking - please use our site or to our booking team)

Driver's break time 

When your course is long time, please let him take a rest at each tour place or on the long distance way for your safe trips.

We understand you are busy for hotel check out time, your driver can wait some more time.

If you need more than 15 min, please discuss with him, if he can wait, add charge +50 B per 15 min (first 15 min - No charge)


Driver's Late to start a trip or Traffic Jam (Urgent) 

*Pick up time : Book us with your enough spare time (30 min more) , please consider any urgent or road traffic situation and note our info "Course Duration" and if you go to any Airport, almost Airline official recommends all passengers to check in at their counter at 3 hrs before flight time. 

If you can wait more for a driver, please give him more time, he will receive some D.C price. (Late more than 15 min : D.C 100 B / every 15 min)


Please understand any urgent situation could be happened to driver on the way. Specially Bangkok is notorious for it's serious traffic jam. If you booked without enough spare time and must go to the airport in a hurry, and your driver is late, please just find & take any other urgent taxi around your place  immediately. And please ignore your driver's message ("I am coming, nearly hotel now"). Because any road situation is not on his hands.​ We cannot be held responsible for any customer's boarding time to transit.

By making a booking with by any methods online, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept all of our condition as it is informed on

We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new version. You must check the terms and conditions on the website regularly.


In these booking conditions references to "you" and "your" and "passenger(s)" and "Customer(s)" include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.

User Agreement governing the use of the website

When placing a booking you undertake to us that all the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger name, dates, pick up information and credit or debit card details. If there are changes to the details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes. will put the best endeavours to find and rectify any errors as quickly as possible. However there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case shall reserve the right to cancel that reservation and the customer will not have any liability to this regard.

Use of our website content by third parties for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including the modification, subsequent publication and total or partial reproduction or representation of the same without the express consent of

  • The contract (Booking Confirmation with the Client's Booking code) for the provision of the transport service is between you (The Client), and the third party service provider, from now on termed as your Driver.

  • By booking a service on our website, you are entering into a contract with the Driver.

  • Reservations at THAICALLTAXI.COM are subject to the availability of the third party service provider and appropriate vehicles.

  • THAICALLTAXI.COM is not a transport operator. Any response of vehicle & driver belongs to the transport agents or to the duty driver itself or to the vehicle's owner. THAICALLTAXI.COM cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by theft, fire, accident, or any other cause whatsoever, and cannot be held responsible should any vehicle be involved in an accident.  

Travel details

  • To pick up from the airport, the Driver or the staff who the third party service provider employed will take the initial planned time of arrival of your flight (submitted during the booking by client) as a reference for the pick-up time of the client. The local average time at Passport control & baggage claim area and time to get through customs will be added to the initial planned time of arrival, i.e. time of arrival of the plane is not equal to the time the Client will be picked up by the Driver.

  • Compare your booking details with the confirmation receipt of your Driver. Eventual changes (all changes, including flight delays - more than 3 hrs) or discrepancies need to be reported directly to your Driver.

  • Any adjustments to your flight will be taken in consideration but could result in possible waiting times. The driver also can know the flight delay situation via the airport monitor. If your flight will be delayed for around 1 or 2 hrs, the driver believes you will arrive without your notice & report in advance, so the driver will be there at your new time. But, if the flight No. is changed, or flight delay is more than 3 hour, the Client should notify it to the Booking service center or driver via any urgent contact method.



The liability for the provision of transfer services between you and the service provider is restricted solely to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted. liabilities resulting from this agreement shall therefore be limited to those of a third-party broker between you and the service provider. Any liabilities resulting from the provision of the transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the service provider and their insurance companies.

In agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the service, the incorrect processing of your booking by the Service Provider, errors made by you when making the booking or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us during the booking process.

  • The liability for the provision of transfer services between you and the Driver is restricted solely to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted.

  • THAICALLTAXI.COM liabilities resulting from this agreement shall therefore be limited to those of a third-party broker between you and the Driver.

  • Any liabilities resulting from the provision of the transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the Driver and their insurance companies.

  • THAICALLTAXI.COM and/or the Driver is not liable for damages resulting from delays, including delays caused by waiting time on the airport, including damages caused by missing any possible transfers and connections, including connecting flights, if and to the extent that THAICALLTAXI.COM and/or Driver demonstrates that she or her employees took reasonable measures to prevent the damages, or if and to the extent it was not possible for THAICALLTAXI.COM and/or Driver and her employees to take measures to take such measures.

  • In agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you accept that THAICALLTAXI.COM will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the transfer and all claims will be redirected to the Driver.

  • THAICALLTAXI.COM will, however, use all reasonable efforts to assist the user in solving any issues or complaints.


Availability of Services

  • THAICALLTAXI.COM is entitled, on behalf of the Driver, to refuse any order placed by you.

  • We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a Driver to every booking request.

  • All information given on the websites is in good faith and is believed to be correct at the time of print.

  • THAICALLTAXI.COM will not be responsible for any other inaccuracies due to out of date information which may have not been pointed out to us by the Driver.


Transport Service

The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only.

You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published and you should plan your trip accordingly.The images of the vehicle make and model shown on the quote page are for illustration purpose only and does not guarantee that these exact vehicles will be provided by the service provider. makes no guarantee of the suitability of a particular service for your request and is not responsible for the choice you make

  • The route to or from the destination cannot be guaranteed and the Google map  is solely for informational purposes. Whilst reasonable effort is made to ensure that pickup times are respected, they are not guaranteed. Unused transfers are not refundable and alternative transport costs will not be reimbursed unless pre-authorised by a Customer Service Center member of our team. If authorised to take alternative transport, please ensure that you obtain a receipt and submit it to our Customer Service Center for review. No payment will be due for travel expense claims submitted without valid receipts.

  • For Airport arrival transfers, if there is no other special request on booking confirmation, our drivers will wait for you for a maximum 1 HOUR from time you booked. When you take a longer time than you expected, please contact your driver to let him know about your situation.

  • Upon departure from your pickup place, our drivers will wait by the pick-up point a maximum of 30 minutes after the published pick-up time. If you request the driver to wait beyond those 30 minutes, please note that the client should pay for the driver's waiting fee. (waiting fee : 200 B per hr / calculate from the pick-up time you booked). Bookings are based on the customer & the driver's trust each other (driver will come on time & customer will be at the meeting place). We accept the customers don't need any prepayment to us, you can cancel or break your booking without any notifying, also to the driver side, the driver is not responsible for his late & pick up failure. Because there are so many unexpected road situations.


The Client's duty for the driver 

  • THAICALLTAXI.COM will in no way be held responsible for any claims made by you in the problem that the driver dropped you off the wrong place.

  • Every client must have the correct info about the destination to drop off.(Ex, Hotel, village or Building name, address, local tel No., ...)

  • Before starting after pick you up, you should re-confirm your correct destination to your driver clearly as the Driver's info could not be updated (Ex, when you go to DMK Don Muang airport, please don't say " I want to go to Bangkok Airport" you must say "I want to go DMK, Don Muang Airport" Without this re-confirmation with your driver, your driver may go to BKK Suvarnabhumi airport) 

  • After arrival at your destination, you also should confirm whether you arrived at the correct destination (hotel or airport,..) or not. And check up your belongings in vehicle and when you are sure all is clear, and then, please pay for the transfer fee (your payment meaning - all driver's duty is completed)

  • From local pickup to Airport : all Airline agents recommend for the passengers to arrive at the airport before two hrs of flight departure time at least.

  • The Driver will pick you up and set you down as close as possible to the given addresses to drop off. In the event that access via a conventional route is closed due to weather conditions, road accidents etc., the driver will, at your express request, use a longer route to reach the agreed destination, but in such instances you may be liable for any additional costs.

  • Whilst we endeavour to provide SMS confirmation messages, this service is dependent upon telephone networks that are beyond our control. If a text message is lost or delayed, the Customer shall refer to information provided by email or in the ‘Contact us’ page of our Website. 

  • Consider the driver also like to use the all expressway & toll, and the fastest course, as time is same with his income (it's much more than toll fee)



You confirm that the payment details you provide to us for the purpose of booking a service are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service. Payments will be processed by the transportation service provider or by on behalf of the service provider (when the provider doesn't have methods to receive the customer's payment).

  • Thai Cash Payment only to the driver directly at your destination.


Changes and Cancellations by You


Changes to your reservation must be submitted via email, or any other method to contact us,

You can make changes to your reservation on-line up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. (After this period you must contact the service provider directly by calling the number provided in your booking confirmation email. All amendments are subject to availability)

  • Any changes (e.g. flight delays) to the transfer details must be requested through the ‘Contact us" in our Website prior to the date of travel and will not take effect until checked with the Driver and confirmed to you by email.

  1. If you paid via online & want to cancel, up to 48 hours before the pickup time (as mentioned in the voucher) the cancellation charge is 25% of the price of the initial booking. (online payment - on building,..)

  2. If you cancel, between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (as mentioned in the voucher), the cancellation charge is 50% of the price of the initial booking. (online payment - on building,...)

  3. If you cancel, within 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (as mentioned in the voucher), the cancellation charge is 100% of the price of the initial booking. (online payment - on building,...)

Changes and cancellations by the Supplier 

  • We & the Supplier (your driver or driver's agent) will use all reasonable effort to provide your vehicle on time, however we may need to arrange an alternative vehicle urgently for operational or safety reasons depends on the road situation. 

  • If we need to change your booking vehicle to a higher category or bigger vehicle, price will not be added. (Any Car Condition) 

Delayed Flights

Your flight will be monitored for delays by the local dispatch office and in the case that your flight is delayed your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of the flight. If the arrival flight is delayed for more than three hours and/or if there is no information provided by the airline about the new arrival time of the flight, the service provider does not guarantee that there will be a driver and vehicle available at the actual arrival time of the flight.


Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided can accommodate you. The passenger(s) shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess or oversized luggage.

Special Requests, Trip Time and Vehicles

During the booking process you may request extra services. We will endeavour to pass on all such requests to the service provider, however we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. Child / baby seats will be provided if requested whenever possible, however there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we do not guarantee that the seats provided will be perfect fit for your child.

  • Our prices include the passenger's luggage space, (note each vehicle's limit capacity as it is informed on our website). The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required. (If you must need a bigger vehicle, and when you don't need your vehicle & driver you booked & has been waited for you, he will help to arrange a suitable vehicle & driver, please pay to your 1st driver : 200 B when a new driver arrived)

Contact acts as a booking agent for various transportation service providers and the contract for the provision of the transportation service is between you and the service provider. When your submit your request for a service, your reservation details are sent to the service provider and only when the service provider accepts your reservation, a confirmation via email or SMS, or Message in the Chatting App is sent to you and the contract between you and the service provider is formed.

By booking a service on our website, you are entering into a contract with the service provider and not You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.

Neither we nor the service providers, will be responsible for any losses you may suffer (including for example missed flights) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey.

Availability of Service

We are entitled, on behalf of the service provider, to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a service provider to every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a provider to your booking request we will inform you to advise you as soon as possible.

Our Online Booking services are provided on an "as is" basis and we do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the availability of any product(s).

  • All contact related to the amendment of your booking details must be requested by any THAICALLTAXI.COM official method as it is on our site

  • It is essential to check that the email address you provided is correct.

  • In the event of unavoidable alterations to the contract, we will inform you by emailing the address provided by you at the moment of booking. The same system applies to all other advisory emails which we may send to you.

  • If for any other reason you fail to be at the pickup point within a reasonable time after the scheduled collection time specified on your Voucher, the Driver will try to contact you on the mobile telephone number you have provided.

  • If it is not possible to reach you because you have not provided an operational mobile telephone number at the time of booking, you have no or poor connection, no signal, activated voicemail or the call is unanswered, the service will not be provided, the Driver is  relieved of their obligations and a refund will not be due.

Waiting Times, Contact Procedure and No-show Transfers

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the start time you booked. The free waiting time from any other point shall be restricted to 15 minutes after the agreed pick up time.


In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is the passenger(s) responsibility to call the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation email to make contact with the driver.


If the passenger(s) need more time for meeting, but don't contact us during the driver's waiting time (60 nin), and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no-show

(and you accept to pay the full cost of the booked service. Unused transfers are non refundable. You agree to pay for no show transfers that were made available to you - after 1st, Aug, 2018)

Force Majeure Clause and the service provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc.



  • Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of the websites are protected by national and international regulations governing intellectual property.

  • Images shown during the booking are indicative only. Color, brand or model may differ from the pictures shown.



Our terms and conditions (with Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of Thailand, and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thailand courts.​

  • Any disputes that arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through the competent court in BANGKOK, THAILAND.
